30-Days – Spectra Ki Guarantee Scheme
Eligibility Criteria
The scheme is applicable for:
- Solar systems of 3kW, 4kW, and 5kW(1PH) on-grid System.
- Systems with normal (non-customized) structure
- Company-specified inverters and panels
Approved Brands:
- Panels: Oswal, Premier Energies, Adani –Only Bifacial Panels
- Inverters: Servotech (UP/RJ/UKD/HR), Sungrow (MH)
- Structure: HDGI (10/8FT & 8/6FT), GI (8/6FT)
Conditions for Guarantee
- Payment: Applicable only when 70% of the amount should receive before material Delivered to client Place.
- Guarantee Period: 30 days from the date 70% payment is received.
- Scope: Covers installation and net metering.
- Booking Details: Name change and load change must be Clear at the time of booking.
Exclusions / Not Applicable
- Customized plant configurations (e.g., structure, inverter, or panel not matching approved specifications)
- Name change or load change unclear at the time of booking.
- Kanpur & Agra regions
- Delays due to client-side issues such as incomplete documentation, restricted site access, or non-cooperation
